Latest Round Of Vegetation Management

Between August 19 and September 19, 2009, Alger Delta Cooperative Electric Association is applying herbicide(s) in a variety of locations along Marquette County Rd 550 and in the vicinity of Big Bay. The work is being done near Alger Delta’s power lines. This is a targeted, reduced volume ground application to control broadleaf woody plants and brush. Herbicide(s) are applied by a State of Michigan licensed contractor. Herbicide(s) used are registered and approved by the EPA and the State of Michigan. Keep out of treated areas until dry. Keep children and pets out of treated areas until dry. If you have any questions call Alger Delta at 906-428-4141.
