On The Storm Front On August 10th, winds reported up to 65 to 70 miles an hour caused power outages to the areas of Cornell, Maple Ridge, Stonington, Crooked Lake and Stella Lake. By the completion of the storm many trees were uprooted, wires were down and 14 poles had broken. Alger Delta crews worked for three days to restore power to the consumers in these areas.
The follwing pictures show one member's damage to his home and personal property, just a sample of what our crews and some members faced once the storm blew through.
The management and staff of Alger Delta thank you, the members for their patience and wish everyone luck as they recover from any damage they incurred.
